WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY

FOR THE ADVENTUROUS


 

A BRAND NEW wedding fair is in the works and we would love to have you on the list! 

Firstly…What is a non-profit wedding fair?

With your stand, you will only help cover the cost to run the event (such as venue hire and a fixed advertising fee etc). This means that the more suppliers we have involved, the cheaper your stand will be! 
For example; if venue hire and advertising costs £1000 and we get 20 suppliers, it’s could be £50 each.. 30 suppliers then £34.. 40 suppliers then £25 each and so on! 

These wedding fairs will essentially be a giant collaboration to help all of our businesses grow. If you are a photographer or a videographer, you can help by creating some great media content. If you are a band/DJ, you can help by showing off your talent and providing lighting. Décor suppliers can help make the place stand out. Anyone that would be willing to help would be incredible and would also get a special mention on the posts.

All of us put together, could make the biggest and best wedding show in the county! 

THE GAME PLAN
 

  1. To begin with, we need a big list of suppliers across the board! Register your interest to keep in the know.

  2. Once we have enough suppliers, we can start looking at securing a unique venue. 

  3. Once we have a venue, we can get a date set and start booking in slots for you all!

As this is a non-profit event, a non refundable deposit will be needed for the advertising and deposit for the venue. Every penny of it will be invested to get the word out to all of the engaged couples out there to help make this the best experience for us all!

Potential first date could be 16th FEBRUARY 2025. This will be confirmed if enough suppliers join us! For the first fair suppliers will be chosen on a first come first serve basis. After that, there will be an opportunity to rotate suppliers to make it fair for the next fairs.
